I'M IN LOVE...

... with my dog as a puppy!!!

When we got Jack he was 2 years old. And as I mentioned before, we sort of like him. We've always thought that he was the cutest dog ever, but LET ME TELL YOU, he was the cutest puppy EVER!!

Well, luckily, the sweet girl who loved him before us found my blog!!! So she was kind enough to send us a couple of pictures from when he was a puppy! OH MY GOSH, they will just melt your heart!!!

*NOTE: Hopefully one day I will have more interesting things to blog about. But, for now, this is our life, and our animals are a BIG part of it. =) *

You've met Lexie, Now meet Jack =)

Jack is our first child =) He's the cutest, most loving, adorable, sweet, cuddly, affectionate, smart (I could go on and on...) dog in the world... so what if I'm partial?!?! He's a 4-year-old Golden Retriever/Chow mix, and I couldn't imagine our life with out him!! We got him when he was 2 years old, and I never thought I could love an animal as much as I love him!!!


He loves to cuddle, and he sleeps in bed with us every night, until he gets hot, then he gets down! He loves to be shown attention, and to be petted, and all is right in his little world as long as you have at least one hand on him!!

Easter Weekend

I had a WONDERFUL Easter Weekend!!

The weather was absolutely perfect!!!

Friday started off questionable.... My allergies were KILLING me =( So I pretty much slept for most of the evening. I had to rest up for my tennis match on Saturday - which I WON!!!

Hubby's step-brother and his family were in town from Birmingham for the weekend, so it was nice to spend time with them! They have the cutest little boys!!!

Saturday afternoon we just grilled out, colored easter eggs, and spent lots of time with family!! Then we had to head home so that I could get everything ready for Easter dinner. I procrastinated, and hadn't prepared anything!! Oh well, with some help, I got all the food done!!

Sunday we tried a new church (which I loved!!) and got to celebrate Jesus' resurrection, and then headed over to the in-laws for LOTS AND LOTS of yummy food!! It was a perfect weekend, and ended too soon!!
